Provides athletes flexibility, fairness, and a clear pathway to higher competition. The competitions are tailored to challenge and push athletes in a versatile way.

THE LEAGUE:

9 competitions at 3 host gyms

The season is made up of 9 competitions across three carefully selected host gyms.

Each gym specialises in specific performance focus: Strength, Endurance or Metcon making every competition consistent and purposeful.

All host gyms are carefully selected and located within a 20 minutes travel radius of the territory to keep competitions accessible.

THE COMPETITIONS:

3 standard tests

Each standard test will be hosted 3 times per league making a total of 9 competitions.

Strength training

Focused on force and movement standards with a mixture of deadlift, push press and farmer's carry.

Endurance training

Endurance

Designed to test sustained output and pace management focusing on distance covered in 8 minute blocks, ending with a 2km run.

Metcon training

Metcon

The ultimate mixed modal race, combining strength and functional workouts. The combination stations of Assault bike and wall balls to Row and Box over burpees will challenge and push any athlete.
